Exploded views

For a .glb with multiple separate objects, add data-explode: true to get a slider that smoothly slides parts apart. Choose the direction with explode-axis (x, y, or z) and control the spread with explode-max:

By default each part’s travel is proportional to how far its bounding box sits from the assembly centre. Set explode-order: origin to measure from each object’s origin instead of its bounding box, or pass an explicit list to place parts yourself — the first name ends up furthest back, the last furthest forward, evenly spaced; unlisted parts don’t move:

Each main part slides away from the assembly centre along the chosen axis, by a distance proportional to its distance from the centre measured on that axis only, while keeping the original order along the axis. explode-max scales the total spread (2 = airy, 1 = snug). Works best when Blender exports each main piece as its own object with its sub-parts attached.
